For developers, freelancers & agencies

Security, built for web professionals.

Every client site’s security, run from one dashboard — with automated reports and alerts that show your clients exactly what you’re protecting them from.

The model

A managed firewall, sold as part of your service.

01

AI changed the threat landscape

Attacks are now cheap to run, automated, and easy to scale. Small client sites get probed with the same volume once reserved for big targets — and when one gets through, you’re the first call your client makes.

02

Offer security as a service

Add protection for your existing clients or the ones you’re pitching. Monthly reports and alerts show them what was blocked and where their traffic comes from: visible proof of the work you do.

03

Set your own price

You buy licences in bulk — from $4.17 down to $1.50 a site. Your client pays you, on your invoice, at your rate. We never bill your clients, and they never need an account with us.

In a proposal or a renewal, it sounds like this:

“Your plan includes a managed web application firewall on your site — and a monthly security report of what it blocked.”

Why take this on

The case for adding security to your service.

A reasonable concern: every service you add competes for your time. But the firewall does its own watching — it blocks, reports, and alerts without supervision. What it adds isn’t hours. It’s income from sites you already maintain.

Extra income, not extra work

An agency on the Agency tier pays $75/mo for 50 licences — $1.50 per site. Price the security line on each invoice at or 10× your per-site cost — whatever fits the client — and across fifty invoices that difference becomes real monthly margin.

A service that sets you apart

“We build, maintain, and secure websites” is a stronger pitch than websites alone. Put security on your service list and you walk into every proposal with something most competitors don’t offer — plus monthly reports that prove the work, month after month.

Built for client work

The questions that matter when your name is on it.

Reselling security means attaching your reputation to it. Here is how Domain Dome behaves on the points a professional checks first.

Will it interfere with a client’s site?

Every site can start in Monitor mode: the firewall watches real traffic and reports what it would have blocked, without blocking anything. You review the picture, then switch to Protect when you’re confident.

What if the firewall itself fails?

It fails open by design. If the firewall ever hits an error, requests pass straight through and the site stays up. Protection is never the outage.

What does it cost in page speed?

Practically none — and nothing your client can see from outside. The firewall runs in-process, inside the site’s own stack: no proxy, no DNS change, no extra network round trip added to the request path.

How long is setup per site?

Install the plugin and enrol the site to your dashboard — minutes, not an afternoon. From then on, every site you manage reports to the same place.

Which platforms are covered?

WordPress is live today. Custom PHP, Node.js, and API support are coming soon.

Who backs me up?

You talk directly to the team that builds the firewall. If a site shows something you can’t explain, bring it to us — that’s part of what the licence buys.

Every release clears 2,200+ automated security tests before it ships.

Works with your stack

Built to work alongside your edge provider — not replace it.

If your sites sit behind an edge provider like Cloudflare, Fastly, or Akamai, keep it there — the two layers do different jobs, and they work better together.

At the edge — a free CDN plan

Good at volumetric DDoS absorption and CDN caching. Cloudflare’s free plan covers this — it costs your client nothing, and you set it up once. Providers like Fastly and Akamai do the same job.

In the stack — Domain Dome

Good at application-layer attacks, login probes, per-site insight and evidence — the material your monthly client report is made of, under your brand.

Straight answers

The practical questions.

Who pays for the firewall?

Your client does — but they pay you. You hold the licences, you set the price on your invoice, and Domain Dome never contacts or bills your clients.

What should I charge?

That’s your call — it’s your service. Fold protection into what you already charge, or add it as a flat monthly security line. Your cost is $1.50–$4.17 per site, so either model leaves room.

What happens when a client leaves?

Licences belong to you, not to any one site. Remove the site from your dashboard and that licence frees up for the next client — nothing to cancel, nothing to rebuy.

Protect every site you manage.

Security shouldn’t cost more than the site it protects. Priced per site, like hosting — from $4.17 a month down to $1.50 as you add more.
